The mouth is really easy to draw. Start from the smile line then add the open mouth.
Try to draw sleek and fluid lines that do not interrupt the flow of the face roundness. Continue to read the "how to draw Disney character" tutorial to find out the final tricks to finish off this drawing!

When you draw the elongated eyeballs start from the middle-low of the pupil and draw moving toward the top like indicated by the arrow-heads. It is not critical that you use this motion but it will help you enormously to achieve a smooth result.

Now clean your drawing using your favorite eraser and there you go! A fantastic drawing of a smiling Mickey Mouse! Isn't it nice?
As always I am not going to include here a tutorial on how to ink your drawing but that's the kind of result you should be aiming for whether you are using digital inking or traditional inking.
